The opportunity

For our teams in Milano, Lodi, Lecce, Bologna, Novara, Rivoli, and Roma, we're looking for Labour Consultants who will become trusted partners for our clients, providing ongoing support, expert advice, and practical guidance on labour, tax, social security, and welfare matters.

What you'll be doing

• Manage a portfolio of medium-sized and large companies, including international clients.
• Provide day-to-day support, guidance, and practical solutions to clients on labour and payroll matters.
• Act as a trusted point of reference for our payroll teams and colleagues.
• Share your expertise as a speaker in webinars and events for our clients.
• Carry out audits related to public procurement and contracting procedures.
• Keep up to date with changes in labour legislation and help clients navigate regulatory developments.

What you'll bring

• At least 5 years of experience as a Labour Consultant, gained within a labour consultancy firm or an outsourcing company.
• Registration with the Italian Register of Labour Consultants (Albo dei Consulenti del Lavoro).
• At least 3 years of hands-on payroll experience, with the ability to independently manage the entire payroll cycle.
• Proven experience managing medium-sized and large clients.
• Strong knowledge of the main Italian National Collective Labour Agreements (CCNL), particularly in the Commerce & Services, Metalworking, Craft, Chemical, Entertainment (ENPALS), Construction, and Public Contracts sectors.
• Good command of English and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Zucchetti payroll software is a plus.

What we offer

Work locations: Milan, Lodi, Lecce, Rome, Bologna, Rivoli, or Novara
Working model: Hybrid
Type of collaboration: Self-employed / VAT-registered professional (P. IVA)
Monthly budget: €3,000–€5,000, to be agreed upon during the contract negotiation.
